Depends on customer different requests, we design two continuous flavoring line, Single-drum Flavoring Line and Double-drum Flavoring Line can mix the oil & seasoning and snack completely in the rotary process. Our flavoring line can get automatic seasoning feeding, automatic oil spraying and automatic mixing. It can be suitable for most of snack flavoring. Meantime, batch seasoner has much more autonomy, people can control specific time for the different batches.

Coating line is specifically for the sugar syrup coating request, it is mostly used in the corn flakes & breakfast cereal process, also in other special product. As the coating line owns heat insulation function to avoid sugar syrup to stick the machine surface and mix the product completely.
